IT-KRAFT HOLDING AS is establishing data centers in Valdres powered by 100% renewable energy and integrated into circular value chains.
Our facilities supply surplus heat to nearby industries — from wood processing and district heating to sustainable food production — turning excess energy into local value.

Our first Data center
ONE
Our first data center, ONE, will be a cornerstone of the Begna Biohub in Valdres, Norway — an industrial ecosystem where energy, heat, and resources circulate between multiple partners. Construction begins in early 2026, with operations commencing in the second half of the year.

We are unlocking the full potential of Valdres’ most valuable resource – green energy – by transforming it into high-value digital services that far exceed the worth of the kilowatt-hours themselves.
Local value creation begins already in the development phase through site preparation, groundwork, and construction of the shell building, engaging regional contractors and suppliers. Local companies contribute with materials, logistics, and skilled labor, ensuring that a significant share of the investment stays in the community while building long-term industrial competence.

Investment opportunity
IT-KRAFT offers access to a high-growth segment of the data center market — 10–15 MW facilities that bridge the gap between small operators and global hyperscalers.
Our first project requires NOK 12 million in seed capital, scaling through Series A and B to full capacity at 15 MW. With an EBITDA margin above 80% and an expected IRR of 22–42%, the model delivers strong, scalable returns.
Powered by 100% renewable hydropower and designed for heat recovery and local value creation, the project combines sustainability, profitability, and long-term investment potential.
